Where do the parties and workshops happen and how long do they last?
The party takes place in own home or a venue of your own choice. If you live in South East London, you have the option to use the bright and spacious artist studio in Crystal Palace where we run some of our art classes.
Our children party workshops last for 2 hours of uninterrupted artistic fun. We will arrive one hour before the start time to set up each child's work space and material.

When do I pay? Is a deposit required? What if I cancel?
We kindly ask that you pay us a deposit at the time of the booking to secure your party time and date. We will collect the balance at the end of the party. If you are unable to stick to the scheduled date, that is not a problem, we will work out another convenient date for you.

Does Cool Mummy have public liability insurance and staff CRB checks?
Yes we do and copies are available upon request.

Can you make my party invites?
Yes, Cool Mummy creates lovely handmade invitations for you free of charge and sends them out to you well in advance of your party date. We can also create the party invitations for you if you are planning to organise your own party, go to

What kind of Party workshops does Cool Mummy organise?
Children birthday parties. Half term and summer holidays art workshops. Holloween parties. Christmas parties. Easter parties, or simply a "friends-get-together-to-create" party.

Can I just order the party bags or the invitations?
Apart from our party bag toys, which have to be ordered in batches of 8 pieces, you can order any of our party components separately. You may be organising your own party and only need the party bags or perhaps just the invitations or the thanks you cards. No order is too small or too big. Look at our price guide for details or
